Project Type

New build housing on brownfield site, Phase D consisting of three blocks of properties of apartments and houses.

The site is the former paper mill which has had all previous buildings demolished alongside the removal of contaminated waste/land. The site is in a Housing Commitment of over 500 dwellings area as outlined in the Cardiff development plan.
