Jo brings a rich and varied background in healthcare, education and strategic communication, to the Green Hat team. With experience as a Licensed Acupuncturist, University Lecturer and NHS District Nursing Sister, alongside a Master’s in Medical Humanities and a Distinguished Teaching Award from Swansea University, Jo offers a unique perspective on organisational development.

At Green Hat, she supports the leadership team with policy writing, procedural documentation, and communication planning. Her strength lies in translating complex ideas into clear, practical solutions, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and alignment across the business. Jo’s calm leadership and collaborative approach make her an integral part of the team’s success.
